The Lighthearted Wanderer

A little late, but here's some pics from Halloween weekend! An assortment of cosmetics, our kitchen table was covered in eyeshadows, foundation, brushes, oh yeah and a knife. My attempt at a Greek goddess--I took a decorative sheer gold curtain, and my fabulous roomie Kristine wrapped it for me. Holding the curtain on its side like a towel, we wrapped it by having me stand in front of it, crossing over the two corners, and tying it behind my neck like it was a halter top. To give it shape, she gave me a stretchy black belt with gold fasteners. The cuff, earrings, and gold headband Robin lent me. My makeup is normal face makeup + more bronzer, gold tinted lipstick and gold eyeshadow. The fun adventure was figuring out those fake eyelashes. Self-adhesives aren't so reliable (aka, the adhesive is so shoddy that it wouldn't even stick over eyeshadowed eyes), so I asked Star if she could assist me, and fortunately she had the adhesive in the tube.
